Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received by The ARF in writing. If last-minute problems prevent you from attending, we urge you to find a replacement so that your registration will not go unused. Please notify The ARF if you need to cancel and intend to send a substitution.
The following charges will apply if the cancellation is received at The ARF office*.
*Single Registrations:
Cancellations on or before Feb. 5th: $300 cancellation fee
Cancellations after February 5th: Non-refundable
*Corporate Group Packages
Non-refundable, however substitutions will gladly be accepted at anytime.
*Ogilvy Awards Dinner
Cancellations on or before Feb.5th: $75 per Ticket; $700 per Table
Cancellations after Feb 5th: Non-refundable
