LAMAC is the Latin American Council of Advertising in Multichannel (Latin American Multichannel Advertising Council), a nonprofit association formed and funded for 42 pay TV channels. Its purpose is to develop multichannel ad spending aggressively (cable, MMDS and DTH) in Latin America, consistently exceeding industry obstacles by developing specific resources that will be used to measure the presence and effectiveness of advertising, creating the communications platforms to advocate for an equitable distribution of advertising investment.
