Info Center Research Request
You may submit a Research Request on any question relevant to research on advertising and marketing effectiveness.
We allocate up to one-hour of custom research time, and provide you with a tailored response that may include:
- documents from the marketing research literature that address the information need
- relevant URLs
- book or report recommendations
- case histories
Our goal is always to match your needs or get as close as we can – the more you can tell us about what you need the closer we can get to it. The closer we can get to communicating directly with the ultimate user of the info, the closer we can get to satisfying needs.
To Submit a Request
Send us an email at info@thearf.org with answers to the following questions:
- What is your Name, Title and Member Company.
- What is the purpose of your research project?
- What decision are you looking to make?
- What questions must our research response answer? Spend time thinking about how best to phrase them. Include as many specific details as possible for each question. Vague questions, like “is a :60 better than a :30” are difficult to answer authoritatively because it’s not known which dimensions of commercials are of interest.
- What time period should the research cover?
- What is the level of technical expertise for the person reading the material?
- What type of materials are you seeking?
- 2-5 Overview documents
- 10-15 Substantive Research Documents
- What types of information are you seeking?
- Business or Trade Publications
- Market Research Literature
- Case Histories
- Statistics
- Other (specify)
- Project Deadline
