&lt;p&gt;Last year's block-buster workshop on &#8220;Influencers&#8221; was attended by over 600 people during the 2007 Advertising Week in New York City. This year we presented an &lt;strong&gt;industry-transforming workshop&lt;/strong&gt; on &#8220;Listening.&#8221; Listening to the millions of naturally occurring conversations that happen daily about brands and using these real-time insights to influence marketing decisions. How do the best &#8220;listeners&#8221; do it? How do you know that you can act on what you hear with confidence? Last year&amp;#8217;s acclaimed moderator, Jonathan Carson, co-founder of Nielsen BuzzMetrics and now President of Nielsen Online&amp;#8217;s International division,  moderated this two and a half hour workshop featuring tool kits, best practices and case histories from marketers who are leading edge listeners. &lt;/p&gt;
